The HomiScore is our proprietary trust metric designed to
validate rental reliability. It aggregates payment history,
verified identity data, and professional references into a
single, portable score. It gives renters and landlords more context for a conversation. It is not a formal referencing decision or a guarantee of tenancy outcomes.
Direct Debit could be offered through an optional integration with a payment provider. It would require authorisation and agreement on the payment arrangement. It is not compulsory, and live automated rent transfers are not currently provided by this build.
Data security is our highest priority. We utilize AES-256
bank-level encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and
strictly adhere to GDPR and local privacy regulations. Your
sensitive information is never shared without explicit
permission, and our infrastructure is monitored 24/7.
Currently, HomiFund is optimized for regional markets where we
can ensure full regulatory compliance. We are actively
expanding our cross-border payment capabilities. Please check
